The Role
The Associate HR Business Partner (AHRBP) is a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team. This role will be based out of our and support our Production facility(ies) as we look to rapid and sustainably scale.
The Associate HRBP operates under the supervisor of a HRBP or SR HRBP to align business objectives, HR strategy and talent to scale our rapid growth.
The Associate HR Business Partner is highly execution focused and partners with our hourly teams, supervisors, and members of the management team.
Essential functions :
Complete thorough investigations of issues and advise business leaders appropriately.
Partner with our Total Rewards team to help our employees understand their role in the leave process.
