As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for drawing blood, obtaining patient records and test results, coordinating daily administrative tasks, preparing treatment rooms for examinations, and assisting our practitioners during medical procedures.RESPONSIBILTIES: 1. Fundamental Procedures• Perform handwashing• Wrap items for autoclaving• Perform sterilization techniques• Dispose of biohazardous materials• Practice Standard Precautions2. Specimen Collection• Perform venipuncture• Perform capillary puncture• Obtain specimens for microbiological testing• Instruct patients in the collection of a clean-catch, mid-stream urine specimen• Instruct patients in the collection of a fecal specimen3. Diagnostic Testing• Perform electrocardiography• Perform respiratory testing• Perform urinalysis• Perform hematology testing• Perform chemistry testing• Perform immunology testing• Perform microbiology testing4.
