POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is currently looking for an experienced staffing recruiter to join our thriving & experienced recruiting division specializing in Accounting and Professional Services to support their temp and perm opportunities in the DMV area.

This is a highly successful close-knit team that is really looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If you are highly motivated with previous experience in recruiting and / or accounting this could be the position for you! Green Key Resources continuously supports the growth and development of our employees, making sure our resources and technology are the best in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full Lifecycle recruiting of Accounting / Finance or HR / Administrative professionals.
• Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with candidates.
• Build a network of candidates utilizing the company’s applicant tracking system and all other resources.
• Come up with creative strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BA / BS Degree in Accounting, Business, Psychology, or other related fields
• At least 2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven success working in a fast-paced work environment
