Minimum Responsibilities
Essential functions for ensuring buildings are in like-new condition and inviting.
- Common area, hallway and stairwell painting
- Amenity spaces upkeep and painting
- Apartment turnover and guest suite painting
- Maintain vacant apartments for leasing

Minimum Requirements
- 1 year of related experience
