Greco is looking for an Area Manager!

The Area Manager for Greco must have the ability to assemble and coach, develop and lead a team, manage to financial and physical goals of each property, know the ins and outs of property operations, and report to and meet Owner expectations. You will be leading a portfolio of properties; the ability to look forward, forecasting needs and changes and ability to deliver results will be a must. A desire for leading, developing, and coaching a large team is essential.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have:

• 3 or more years of Class A multi-site property management experience
• Assembled and operated within a budget, can understand a balance sheet and P&L
• Continually provided an outstanding Customer Service experience even when dealing with difficult problems or customers
• Passionate about your results, coworkers, company, and family
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A burning desire to compete and succeed
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office
• Must love dogs
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
