Minimum Responsibilities

Essential functions for ensuring buildings are in like-new condition and inviting.

• Common area, hallway and stairwell painting
• Upkeep of grounds
• Amenity spaces upkeep and painting
• Apartment turnover and guest suite painting
• Maintain vacant apartments for leasing

Minimum Requirements

• 1 year of related experience
• Due to the nature of our business, weekend, holiday, and / or evening hours may be required
