We’re currently looking to fill positions for Retail Customer Service. You'll be tasked with aiding customers in discovering the perfect product for their requirements, handling inquiries, and offering exceptional guidance. Alongside continuous leadership training, you'll also receive weekly one-on-one coaching sessions aimed at refining both your personal and company goals. Standout candidates will showcase strong and effective communication skills, adept at putting customers at ease.
Role responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate product feature and pricing information
- Give knowledgeable answers to customers questions
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Inform customers of discounts and special offers
- Coordinate with team to provide exceptional customer service
- Working closely with management contributing innovative concepts to enhance sales

- Reliability
- Previous work experience in customer service role preferred
