Your Role:

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Support day-to-day operations
• Participate in meetings and workshops
• Learn from experienced staff members
• Acquire knowledge of company practices, policies, and protocols
• Welcome and guide team members and customers
• Provide accurate information on product features and pricing
• Assist in conducting price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchases
• Upsell products to enhance customer experience
• Manage merchandise returns
• Provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries from team members and customers
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service

Our Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience preferred, not required
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and interest
• Basic understanding of office and sales operations
• Excellent communication skills conducive to building trust-based relationships
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
• Ability to thrive and lead in fast-paced environments
• Must be 18 years or older as required by law
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is a plus
