General Property Manager (S. W. Houston)
compensation: Salary based on experiences
Experienced Property Manager/Supervisor wanted for Apartment Complexes and Shopping Centers in the Houston area.
- Strong Leasing and Tenant Retaining skills.
- Review and Audit Rent Rolls for accuracies
- Reporting, meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
- Experience in managing office and Maintenance Personnels
- Rent collection experience a must, lockout and eviction filing, move-in and move out reports.
- Show available spaces, Lease enforcements
- Must work well independently as well within a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hard working, responsible, dependable, and honesty a must
- Schedule may include some weekends plus on call responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational skills vital.
- Inspect, monitor and deal with contractors and maintenance crew’s for up keeping the properties.
- MS Word, Excel, required.
- Spanish speaking preferred

Pay: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
