JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be skilled in general maintenance of apartment equipment;
• Assist in maintaining the property in attractive, safe and quality condition
• Maintain daily quality tenant service;
• Assist the maintenance lead in the operations of the maintenance department;
• Will report to maintenance lead and property manager;
• Will ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner;

QUALIFICATIONS:

• HVAC experience and EPA UNIVERSAL license preferred or willing to acquire.
• Have the ability and skills to perform required job functions in a timely manner
• Must pass a background check / drug screening;
• Possess working knowledge of property management maintenance procedures;
• Possess a Strong work ethic
• Have a Customer-focused attitude
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications
• Professional image
• Ability to read and write English fluently
• Good organizational ability
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be a Team-player

Additionally, would prefer skills in:

• Light carpentry
• Appliance installation and repair
• General plumbing
• Electrical

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
