Our team in Williston, ND, is expanding, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Service Manager to lead our field services team.

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of skilled mechanics and service personnel, fostering a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electric drive motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and other related equipment.
• Serve as a technical expert in the field of oil and gas, natural gas compression, and gas lift technologies, providing support and guidance to your team and clients.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer service, promptly addressing any issues or concerns and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to report on service department performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources efficiently to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service offerings and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the oil and gas industry, specifically with a focus on natural gas compression and gas lift (or similar) operations.
• Familiarity with electric drive motors, VFDs, PLCs, and their application in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams, with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Experience managing KPIs and using data to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Must be proactive, with a strong problem-solving capability and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
