Responsibilities:
- Provide rock solid service to customers of our Landscaping and Masonry supply store.
- Service walk-in customers and inbound inquiries through cash & carry sales, estimating and bidding, and closing in progess sales.
- Use sales techniques to promote and sell products or services to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Utilize inside sales strategies such as warm calling and outbound calling to generate leads and close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Familiarity with technologyand the ability to effectively communicate technical information to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding goals
