Grayson Hotel is Hiring a Front Desk Guest Services Agent Near New York, NY
Our company is seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting guests, checking in customers and providing information about available facilities. The successful candidate will be able to perform administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner, maintain a clean lobby area and answer guests' questions about hotel amenities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct calls as needed.
- Answering questions about the hotel and services.
- Greeting customers and handing out keys.
- Welcoming them to the hotel.
- Resolving issues that may arise with customers.
- Transcribing messages for guests to management.
- Scanning identification cards to verify guests.
- Using computer system to look up information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
