Our company is looking for a Director of Revenue Management to join our team. The Revenue Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, and creating reports to present to senior management. The successful candidate will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop new strategies for optimizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain revenue management systems.
- Identify areas of improvement in revenue performance.
- Monitor competitor pricing strategies and adjust accordingly.
- Analyze customer segmentation to maximize revenue potential.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase revenue.
- Manage customer loyalty programs.
Job Requirements
- 2 years at a Director level position in hotel industry revenue management discipline
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Intermediate or expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Hyatt brand experienced preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
