The Client Service Associate provides account support services, including onboarding, account maintenance, distributions, and portfolio accounting and reporting.The CSA will support multiple wealth advisory teams.Client Onboarding
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers to onboard new clients.
- Prepare new account forms (digital and paper) needed to establish new accounts.
- Process account transfers including monitoring and following up on progress.
- Prepare reports that summarize account transfers in process.
- Add new clients to Salesforce CRM. Ensure that all data is complete and accurate.
- Establish reporting groups and full set up in portfolio management system.
- Create client file folder system and ensure that all documents are properly scanned and filed.
- Establish client portal access.
Client Account Maintenance and Reporting
- Collaborate with Client Service Managers to process account registration changes and other account feature updates.
- Review custodial alerts and distribute tasks to the team for follow up.
- Establish and maintain accurate client reporting groups.
Client Experience Support
- Assist clients with basic account issues.
- Schedule client meetings.
- Support Front Desk Associate with standard coverage needs directed by Human Capital.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 0-2 years relevant experience (including internships).
- Strong attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure, work independently, and work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Experience with common portfolio management systems (Tamarac, Axys, Orion) and CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
