Some of the Job Duties:
- Greeting & checking patients in, verifying paperwork, consent forms
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professional and friendly tone
- Update insurance information on all patients at all times, able to do breakdowns and verify
- Organize supporting materials for claim forms, (radiographs or narratives, as directed by doctor)
- Providing support to other team members of the office as needed
- Background in data entry is a PLUS
- DENTAL EXPERIENCE A MUST
