Hobby Dental is Hiring a Dental Front Office Near Houston, TX

Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized Front Desk person with previous dental office experience. As the Front Desk person, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk area and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Duties:
- Manage the front desk area and ensure that it is well-maintained and organized
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments using Dental scheduling systems Open Dental.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays or other payments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Handle any patient complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
