Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for general maintenance of Bryce House and Skyline facilities, facility vehicles and grounds to ensure that they are kept in a good clean and orderly manner at all times
2. Maintain and repair all building and mechanical equipment
3. Maintain and repair plumbing
4. Maintain and repair appliances
5. Maintain and repair heating and cooling systems
6. Conduct/coordinate safety inspections and maintain log
7. Pick up donated materials as requested
8. Oversee assigned work on center workers/volunteer help
9. Coordinate and Distribute work orders, oversee completion of work orders
10. Maintain, repair and train new employees on phone system
11. Conducts safety drills and emergency response procedures
12. Assigned rotating on call (this is mandatory)
13. Ability to complete assignments/Work orders with little or no supervision
14. Assist with dally operations of the facility
15. Ability to work as a team
16. Performs preventive maintenance along with documentation
17. Performs other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED. Experienced with use of hand tools and electric power tools.
Knowledge and Skills:
General working knowledge of heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electric, carpentry and appliance repair. Must have a general knowledge of fire alarm and sprinkler system. A valid Oklahoma driver’s license is required. Good communication and listening skills. Detail oriented; computer literate. Understanding of alcohol/drug dependence and co-occurring disorders.

Physical Requirements:
Lifting up to 50 pounds and able to negotiate stairs.
