Summary:
The Director of Learning & Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning programs within the organization. They analyze training needs, develop learning strategies, and manage the delivery of training initiatives. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Team and other Administrators to align learning objectives with agency goals, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Director of Learning & Development also supervises a team of learning professionals, curriculum designers, trainers, and other learning professionals to ensure that initiatives support employee development and organizational growth.
Master's degree in psychology, education, business administration or closely related field is required.
