ResourceMFG is hiring trailer technician in Tulsa!
Pay: $20-21 per hour
Shift: 1st
JOB DETAILS
- Demonstrated ability to follow schedules, instructions, wiring diagrams, maintenance guidelines, and other procedures associated with the maintenance of tractor and trailer components
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections on equipment
- Diagnose and repair or replace mechanical, electrical, PTO’s, blowers, and refrigerated systems according to established service criteria
- Understand troubleshooting procedures and failure analysis of all components
- Lift and install heavy components of CMVs such as starters, clutches, brake drums
- Ensure that all parts and labor are accurately charged to the proper repair order
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment that complies with OSHA standards
- Able to safely operate Class A equipment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must own a wide selection of tools required to perform all repairs
- 2 years of industry experience maintaining Class A commercial vehicles or a certificate of completion in Diesel Mechanics from an accredited trade school.
- Air brake qualified
- Trailer chassis experience
- Able to perform the physical requirements needed to work inside, underneath and around all components needing repair.
