Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial balances within our organization. The primary duties will include verifying and reconciling financial data, investigating discrepancies, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to resolve any issues.

Responsibilities:

• Verify and reconcile financial balances, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounts.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Investigate discrepancies or irregularities in financial balances and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, accounting, and operations, to resolve balance discrepancies and improve processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and financial institutions, to address balance-related inquiries or concerns.
• Develop and maintain documentation of balance verification procedures and findings.
• Assist in the implementation of software tools and systems to streamline balance verification processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in balance verification and financial auditing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley) is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
