Human Resources Director
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide quality services and support to Grand Bank for Savings, FSB (“Grand Bank”) by promoting the concept that our employees are our most valuable resource and will be treated as such.
Primary Responsibilities: The Human Resource Director will provide service and support to business line partners across Grand Bank. Primary responsibilities include:
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred, but work experience and history considered)
Experience: Five (5) years of practical HR experience in an entry level HR role or HR environment
