Role: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Schaumburg, IL-60173
Position: Full Time Benefits Uncapped Commissions

Salary can vary due to candidate and their current situation, but typically we are guaranteeing first year compensation of approximately $150K with a $90K salary. Our highest paid RSM’s are making $300K .

What you will be doing:

  • Accountability for performance metrics and goals.
  • Implement weekly prospecting behaviors to build a robust pipeline.
  • Originate, structure, negotiate and close lease and service transactions.
  • Manage and prospect the entire territory assigned.
  • Manage and record all new business and customer activities in Salesforce.
  • Collect customer financials and present summary of credit line needs and requests to finance committee.
  • Manage customer and prospect relationships through strategic planning and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience team to onboard new customers and build new relationships.
  • Understand and present strategic customer reviews annually or quarterly
  • Schedule visits to customers on a quarterly basis.
  • Structure rates and returns with VP of Sales in accordance with the Union Leasing Pricing Policies.
  • Follow all sales policies, expectations, targets and goals as communicated by Senior VP Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience.
  • Increase fleet management services penetration and utilization with customers within your portfolio.
  • Understand customer’s changing culture and business opportunities.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the VP Sales.

Experience you will need:

  • Ability to reach and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to spend roughly 75% of time on prospecting and new business activities.
  • Exceptional communication written and verbal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of fleet management sales experience.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of leasing products and lease structures utilized in Fleet Management and Auto Industries.
  • Proficiency in understanding financial statements and credit application processes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships to the partnership level with prospects, customers, and industry partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management experience.
  • Proficiency in all frequently used business software programs, applications or tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Ability to direct and lead negotiations, influencing outcomes with customers.
  • High level of personal skill and experience making formal, persuasive presentations.

Pay: $80,523.61 - $100,662.84 per year
