Administrative Assistant for Grain Equipment Group, Inc. of Wyoming, IL and its subsidiaries, Morgan Millwright Services, Inc. and MVS Equipment Sales, Inc.

• Answering phone calls, transferring, and taking messages.
• Arranging staff meetings and setting up appointments.
• Maintaining group calendar, add time off requests with Manager approval.
• Writing memos, spreadsheets and reports, as needed.
• Keeping office database updated and organized.
• Keeping filing up to date and organized.
• Ordering office and breakroom supplies.
• Work with Vendors/Technicians to ensure office equipment is running properly.
• Deliver bank deposits and pick up and drop off mail.
• Update Customer and Vendor information.
• Call Customers to update service timelines.
• Assist with data entry and verification on multiple platforms.

This position requires data entry and organization with excellent accuracy and speed in multiple programs. Applicant must be a fast learner who can keep up with an always changing and growing business and must be reliable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
