Mixer Operator

As a Mixer Operator through Graham Personnel Services, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of machinery.

Your attention to detail and technical expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of product quality and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Operation : Set up, adjust, and operate Mixer according to established procedures and guidelines. Conduct pre and post operation inspection checks of the Mixer.

Quality Control : Monitor the production process, inspect products, and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your team.

Maintenance : Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal working condition. After runs are complete, the mixer has to broken down and cleaned.

Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve machine issues, such as jams or malfunctions, to minimize downtime. Test the equipment to ensure it is running properly.

Material Handling : Load and unload raw materials and finished products as required.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production, including machine logs and production reports.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role is required.

Previous processing experience is preferred.

Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.

Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow them rigorously.

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, climb, and other activities necessary for extended periods.

Lifting and moving materials, sometimes in excess of 50 pounds, repetitively throughout entire shift.

Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for operating machinery.

Hours : 1st shift Monday-Friday, between 5 : 30am / 6am-2 : 30pm / 3pm

Pay : $18 / hour
