Graham Personnel Services is seeking an Office Assistant / Assistant Estimator for a company in Randleman, NC!
Duties include :
- Customer Service
- Check and Answer Emails Daily
- Build Relationships w / Builders & Vendors Help Manage & Coordinate Customer Services Calls, Text & Emails
- Scan tickets
- Complete paperwork and get it ready for invoicing
- Follow up on Sales orders
- Assist Sales manager
Skills :
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong computer skills including excel
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
