Graham Personnel Services has an immediate need for Customer Service Representatives to support a call center in High Point
Pay rate : $15.50 / hr Shift : 8am-5pm schedule; M-F Start date : Thursday, 5 / 2
Inbound / Outbound Call Center
Responsibilities :
- She / he responds to patients needs in a way that are helpful and beyond expectation to provide an exceptional customer or patient experience at each interaction
- Follows through on emails / phone calls until patient is taken care of
- Communicates appropriately and professional manner with internal and external customer
- Verifies or obtains alternate contact information, delivery address, delivery instructions and telephone number for all orders
- Routes non-care team orders to appropriate department or regional branch to fulfill
- Escalates patient concerns to supervisor
