Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Director, Human Resources, is responsible for managing all aspects of the agency's Human Resources and internal communication with staff.
Manage recruitment, hiring, and orientation of new employees. Advise managers and employees on all Human Resources matters, to include benefits, employment laws, GCSCC employment policies, hiring and supervision of staff, and employee terminations. Lead agency compliance with government requirements. Participate in strategic planning. Recommend compensation grades. Oversee employee recognition and service award training. Assist in the formulation or revision of agency policies, procedures, and manuals. 3 years of experience working in Human Resources. Bachelor's degree, preferably in an HR-related discipline.
