Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patients' conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform IV insertion and IV infusion
- Conduct health coaching and patient education to promote wellness and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens for laboratory testing
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia
- Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) needs for patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Adhere to infection control standards and protocols

Skills:
- Proficient in IV insertion and IV infusion techniques
- Ability to provide health coaching and patient education
- Strong knowledge of medical records management
- Skilled in phlebotomy and specimen collection procedures
- Experience in providing specialized care for patients with dementia
- Familiarity with coordinating durable medical equipment (DME) for patients
- Knowledge of pediatric nursing principles and practices
- Understanding of infection control standards and protocols
