- Lead and support the development and delivery of the first Freighter Units within the established timelines and budget constraints.
- Implement and oversee supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and meet project milestones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination throughout the supply chain process.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to manage complex supply chain activities and processes effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes where necessary.
- Act in a First Level Manager capacity without personnel decision-making responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Present progress updates, challenges, and solutions to executive leadership.
- Maintain clear and concise communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute tasks and responsibilities within the designated 9-12 months period, with flexibility for potential extensions based on project needs.
- Be open to domestic and international travel, as needed, to support supply chain activities and ensure successful project delivery.
- Must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident of the USA
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management with a focus on supply chain development and delivery.
- Familiarity with Spirit AeroSystems processes is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
