We are looking to hire a clinical coordinator to work between both of our offices (Brooklyn and Staten Island) with excellent organizational and administrative skills. Clinical coordinators are expected to be decisive leaders with excellent time management and record-keeping skills.

Clinical Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties within HIPAA regulations.
• Implement policy and procedures across the healthcare facility.
• Evaluate clinical personnel.
• Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
• Sterilize instruments in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.
• Coordinate and oversee daily operations of the clinic
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth workflow and patient care
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Clinical Coordinator Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in nursing or related.
• Current CPR certification.
• 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a clinical coordinator role
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, ICD, and CPT coding .
• Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
• Passionate about clinical excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
