Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity for a candidate with a strong service background who is seeking a leadership role in a dealership setting. As a Service Manager, you will oversee and manage the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, efficient operations, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure the service department meets or exceeds established goals and targets
  • Monitor and control expenses, including parts inventory, labor, and overhead costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and maximize efficiency

Essential Job Functions:

  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees to build a high-performing team
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner

Skills:

  • Min 3-4 years Experience
  • Stable work history
  • Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software
