gpac is Hiring a Remote Commercial Real Estate Attorney

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Attorney 5 years of experience to handle a variety of complex real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate law, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of providing strategic legal advice.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting due diligence for commercial real estate transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, and other real estate documents.
- Acquisitions/Dispositions
- Representing clients in negotiations, closings, and other real estate matters.
- Collaborating with other legal professionals and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive legal support.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice and in good standing in IL.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
