Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney

Are you a skilled attorney in real estate law? We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate for a dynamic Real Estate team in Chicago.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating documents related to various commercial real estate transactions, including development, purchases and sales, real estate secured loans, modification and workout documents, leases, and related due diligence work.

Expertise:

• Expertise in zoning and land use matters, with experience leading and presenting various types of land use entitlement cases.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a broad spectrum of real estate matters with confidence and proficiency.

Salary: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
