Jettison is representing a law firm who is seeking to hire a commercial real estate attorney with 5 years of broad commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, zoning/entitlements, construction, and loan documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and leases for all real estate asset classes
• Handle all aspects of retail development projects for developers Entitlement work.
• Close commercial acquisitions and dispositions
• Due diligence/title/survey review, negotiate and close financing transactions.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to practice in State of Illinois
• 5 years of commercial real estate law experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
