My client is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney to join their presitigious practice. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of solid commercial or business litigation experience. Must have experience taking and defending depositions and motion practice. Trial experience a strong plus but not required. Qualified applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate disputes, employment law, contract disputes, and complex litigation strategies. As a key member of this legal team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile/high-value cases, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to the continued success of the firm.
