We are currently seeking a pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed BCBA credentialed by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (required)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD or developmental disabilities.
Minimum of two-years of experience supervising behavior technicians.
Experience developing treatment plans including functional behavior assessments and writing behavior intervention plans.
Experience using ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK and other similar assessments.
A desire to continue learning and stay current in research and applications within our field.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
Design, supervise and maintain behavioral reduction plans and skill acquisition plans with goals individualized for each client
Train and supervise a team of behavior technicians to implement individualized treatment plans
Design caregiver training plans and implement them with parents/caregivers of individuals with Autism
Coordinate services and information with other professionals as related to the treatment goals of the client and/or make recommendations for additional services
