GP - Glendale is Hiring a Front Desk/Customer Service Representative (FT) Near Glendale, AZ
Our studio services Seniors and Families for portrait sessions. We are looking for qualified individuals who will be the first point of contact for our guests when arriving to our studio. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including directing guests throughout their appointments. Studio employees also schedule and update appointments, respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, and process and package customer orders. These are a few of the responsibilities held for this position.
Ultimately, this role's duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 10am to 9pm and Saturdays 8a-7pm. (Hours will vary during certain parts of the year). This position is seasonal with the opportunity of extending based on performance. FT and PT positions are available.
- Greet and assist guests as they come into the studio.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Answer multiple phone lines.
- Schedule and verify appointments.
- Quality control-verify orders are entered and printed correctly.
- Process and package customer orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills (IE, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.)
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to our studio in Glendale, AZ.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Customer Service 1 year.
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
