Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Deputy Program Manager to support our customer in Washington, DC. This position will have a hybrid remote schedule. 

Responsibilities

• Manage IT Managers/Leads, oversee day to day O&M activities, oversee improvement projects, oversee outage mitigation and brief senior govt leadership
• Oversee activities related to maintenance patching and/or upgrades and vulnerability mitigation
• Work with PMO to forecast growth and project opportunities
• Work closely with Govt managers on service area improvements and reporting all related activities
• Work closely with other technical service area employees on escalated issues to ensure contract compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 10 years (or commensurate experience) of program managerment experience

• 10 years of program managerment experience
• Experience managing multiple IT areas
• Experience Providing Technical direction
• Experience Managing multiple projects
• Experience with Vulnerability Mitigation
• Experience with Networking Technologies (Cisco, Nexus)
• Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
