We take pride in delivering exceptional products and customer service. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Manager Assistant to support our operations and team coordination.
Position Overview: As the Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the efficient operation of our company. You will work closely with the manager to oversee and report on various aspects of our business, including customer service, warehouse management, and sales team performance.
Responsibilities:
l Work closely with the manager to understand and support the company's strategic goals.
l Monitor and report on the daily operations of the customer service, warehouse, and sales teams.
l Collaborate with team leaders to ensure that processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
l Assist in coordinating and prioritizing tasks, projects, and deadlines across departments.
l Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the manager.
l Act as a point of contact between different teams and departments.
l Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
l Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
l Handle special projects and assignments as directed by the manager.
Qualifications:
l Bilingual (English and Chinese, either Mandarin or Cantonese)

l Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a managerial capacity.
l Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

l Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.
l Self-motivated and able to work independently.
l Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
