Job Summary
The Regional Loss Prevention Manager is a key member of the Operations team whose primary responsibility is to ensure the security and safety of company assets and inventory.
The RLPM works closely with field leadership teams, implementing strategies designed to reduce inventory shrinkage while improving brand image;
ultimately increasing overall profitability throughout the organization. The RLPM is a highly engaging, assertive team player well versed in retail and warehouse operations.
The RLPM is knowledgeable in many facets of retail operations and accustomed to frequent travel as this position requires.
