Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience. College graduate preferred. Minimum 2 years retail sales experience in a ready-to-wear environment in which1 months should be in a supervisory/management capacity. Prior supervisory experience is required. Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Proficiency in the English language (verbal and written is a must). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
