The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administration, communication, and reporting for Goodwill Easter Seals MN's (GESMN) employee benefit programs, including, but not limited to health and welfare plans, COBRA, and wellness program. This position utilizes excellent customer service, efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement while performing duties and responsibilities in a timely manner, in accordance with established philosophies to achieve the overall GESMN objectives.
