Service Dispatcher

Summary:

If so, then being a service facilitator might be the perfect role for you! We are searching for a highly motivated and organized service facilitator to join our team. In this role, you will be the center hub for coordinating our service calls and ensuring our technicians and service providers are efficiently assigned to service requests. You will be responsible for interacting directly with internal customers, technicians, service providers and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.

• Answer incoming calls from internal customers requesting service.
• Actively listen to service needs and gather vital information to create detailed service requests.
• Schedule service appointments based on technician availability, urgency, and customer preferences.
• Dispatch the appropriate service technician to the job site based on their skillset and location.
• Track the progress of service calls and keep internal customers informed.
• Maintain accurate records of all service requests and interactions.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the service process.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatcher role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer software, including CMMS (a plus).

• Ability to be flexible, collaborative, and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong written and oral communication service skills.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug screening test.
