Job description
Plumbing & Concrete construction/service company located in the Willowbrook area near FM1960 and 249 is currently in need of a full-time, Customer Service Representative and clerical assistant to join our service department. The ideal candidate will be someone with a cheerful personality, self -motivated, excellent phone etiquette, communication, customer service skills, and able to multi-task. Must be highly punctual, have impeccable attendance, be professional, and eager to learn. It is a position that will keep you busy and is crucial for the office to run efficiently. We highly stress punctuality and great attendance is necessary.
Duties include:

• Assisting in answering incoming calls
• Helping customers schedule new service calls
• Helping customers research existing service calls and invoices
• Preparing invoices for cost review
• Scheduling inspections and processing permit requests
• Follow up on customer service calls and emails
• Auditing invoices for accuracy (charges, taxes, verbiage)
• Assisting other departments when needed.
• Other duties as assigned. (This list isn't all inclusive)

Business casual atmosphere. Business hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm.

Skills/ Requirements
A history in the construction industry and/or dispatch at a service company is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
Must have computer experience and be internet savvy. (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook) Knowledge of creating and editing spreadsheets.
Starting hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.
After a year of employment we offer 1 week vacation, After 90 days you are eligible for 6 paid holidays and health benefits.
