- Answer all inbound service leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
- Schedule service appointments
- Contact present customers (phone, email, text) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
- Understand and implement dealership service process
- Make CSI follow-up calls.
- Contact all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
- Advise customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
- Time management skills
