**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
**Duties:**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC filter changes, and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with machinery and equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance on various systems to ensure optimal performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
- Keep accurate maintenance records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Assist in facility improvement projects as needed
**Experience:**
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in property maintenance
- Ability to perform basic electrical work
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with staff and vendors
- Fluency in English for effective communication
