Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance needs or safety hazards - Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments - Weld or fabricate parts as needed to complete repairs or modifications - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory - Assist with the installation of new equipment or systems as directed by management - Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their maintenance concerns promptly and professionally Experience: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field - Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions - Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus - Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints to perform repairs accurately - Previous experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically and analytically - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently or as part of a team If you are a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for an opportunity to contribute your expertise in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
