Summary:
- Perform preventative maintenance
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical repairs on manufacturing/production equipment
- General building & facility maintenance and repairs / other duties as assigned
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of single-phase electrical systems
- Ability to read, interpret and understand technical documents as well as parts and electrical drawings of plant equipment
- Basic PC skills and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel software
- Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical ability
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, reach, stretch, step, climb and/or sit frequently or through the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift/move product that may weigh up to 75 pounds
- Climb ladders and work at higher elevations
Valid driver’s license
