Gold Peach Realty is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager Near Atlanta, GA

We’re hiring a full-time Real Estate Manager to find agents with potential for our team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that each candidate meets our high-performance standards, has the necessary qualifications, and is a good culture fit for the team. Compensation:

$125,000 At Plan Commission

Responsibilities:
  • Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants
  • Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
  • Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
  • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business
  • Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
  • Recruiting: New agents to the company by hitting performance benchmarks for the number of recruiting appointments conducted and new recruits that have joined the company.
  • Onboarding: Newly recruited agents to ensure the onboarding steps are completed, then training new recruits on the systems, processes, and procedures needed to become successful agents.
  • Training: Empower agents with guidance on business servicing, client care techniques, productivity methods, lead generation, best practices, and success mindset.
  • Coaching: Conduct regular coaching accountability sessions with agents.
  • Accountability: Hold agents accountable for lead generation and conversion activities and their scoreboards by tracking all key business activities and setting weekly goals. (Ex. Contacts, appointments, conversion ratios, and performance metrics).
  • Create: Develop, practice, audit, and train agents on strategy scripts. (Ex. Listing consultation, lead conversion, open house, buyer consultation, etc.).
  • Mentorship: Includes aiding in negotiations, overseeing offers and counters, contract questions, contract review training, appointment scheduling, and agent questions.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 4-year college degree required
  • Superb time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards
  • 2 years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position

Performance Benchmarks

  • Conduct a minimum of 5-10 recruiting appointments per month, and recruit 1-2 new agents to join the company per month
  • Retain agents and improve agent production by implementing an agent training curriculum and coaching programs to get agents into production quickly and closing a minimum of 5-10 transactions in their first year with Gold Peach Realty, and a minimum of 10-20 transactions per year each year thereafter
